Sia J.B. Morsay, is the Continental Executive Secretary and Ground Partner for the Commonwealth Business Women Africa - Sierra Leone. Her mandate focuses on the Talent, Innovation, Training, Empowerment, which focuses on getting Sierra Leone businesswomen to connect, collaborate and do commerce across their networks, across Africa, across Trade Blocks, across global Commonwealth and the world. Sia J. Bayoh is an American-Sierra Leonean philanthropist and ambitious hardworking woman with a great passion working with vulnerable women and children in Sierra Leone and across the globe. Since she arrived Sierra Leone, West Africa, the land of her birth in late 2013, she saw a great need to effect change in the lives of women and children. Seeing children going to school without sufficient school supplies and torn uniforms broke her heart as a mother. As a philanthropist, she gave 500 scholarships to children in Kono district for two years to different schools throughout the district. Ms. Sia J. Bayoh tapped further into her mission to extend hands to other vulnerable groups vis-a-vis women and youths. In doing so, I decided to explore various Chiefdoms and villages and galvanized thousands of women with the intention of bringing vocational programs, education, and training, as well as agriculture to help alleviate poverty. Laptops and TVs were also donated to youths in these communities by Ms. Sia J. Bayoh. Outside of Kono, she built standard water well to ease the suffering of women in a community in Freetown. Her primary goals and objective are to promote good health practices and tap into resources for charitable purposes for the benefit of women and girls. Develop women’s physical, mental, and financial capacities with particular emphasis on poverty alleviation by supporting and strengthening their skills and by ensuring that women’s voice, concerns, and issues are represented wherever it is most appropriate. Build up life vocational skills and entrepreneurial skills among young girls who have fallen through the safety net of academic system. Prevent gender-based violence in particular rape and early child marriage. Ms. Sia J. Bayoh is the CEO and founder of SJM & F Mining & General Services, founder of (WSEED) Women’s Social Enterprise and Educational Development. CEO of Lilly & Faith Consultancy Services, Republic of Rwanda Sia J. Bayoh is currently the Brand Ambassador of Afrimoney PAY, of Africell a leading mobile telecom company in Sierra Leone. Daniel Moore currently is the Director Commercial Marketing and Brands at AYV Media Empire Sierra Leone. His experience in Media and Public Relations spans over two decades in both Europe and Africa. He is the CEO of Thelia Productions a company registered in Nigeria, Gambia, Sierra Leone and the UK since 1995 which he has been running side by side with other assignments and involvement with other entities. He has a Post Graduate Certificate (PGCE) from the University of Greenwich UK and a Certificate in Media Enterprise (CME) from the Transatlantic University (formerly known as Lagos Business School) Nigeria. He is the Director Operations for the Commonwealth Business Women Africa Sierra Leone chapter.

With over 10 years expertise in HR and Operations, Saudatu M Timbo is a resulted –oriented person who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that helps companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets - their people. She is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job. Saudatu is currently the Head of Human Resources for Africa Young Voices Media Empire in short (AYV) which happens to be the biggest media house in Sierra Leone. In this role she is responsible for the HR support for all employees, provide strategic business partnering to the senior leadership team as well as responsible for supporting the managers and their employees. Prior to her role at (AYV), she started her career path in 2010 with African Minerals SL Ltd (Tonkolili Iron Ore Mining Company/Pepel Port and Rail) a multi-national company which happens to be the biggest mining company in Sierra Leone then shortly after the company was founded. Saudatu started her career at the lowest level in the company and progressed to management level roles, learning the importance of communication, collaboration and teamwork for the business. In 2014 Saudatu put her experience and knowledge to practice by becoming the first Indigenous Female Superintendent – Human Resources at the mines. Between 2014 and 2015, Saudatu served as Superintendent HR. Some of the highlights of her time in this role include working with 4000 staff both Nationals and expats, helped shape the company’s core employee programs by steering execution of HR strategies and championing the transformation of HR into a function that proactively contributes to the achievement of key business results. To this end, she cultivated partnerships between the company and employee organizations, including contractor companies by aligning HR Strategies, improving employee engagement, HR’s response time and service quality, as well as successfully shepherding the company through a period of economic crisis that lead to Administration. In 2016 to 2018 she was re-hired as Superintendent – HR Time and Attendance, by SD Steel a Chinese Iron Ore Company that took over African Minerals SL Ltd when they went into Administration with a work force of 3000 employees. Her key roles includes supporting the business in human resources and activities for the Tonkolili Mine and Pepel Port and Rail ensuring legislation is adhere to and that personnel are used in the most effective manner for both the company and the employee. Kadijah Hammoud is currently the Business Development Officer of the Western Region at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency. She is an approved and accredited ILO Global Trainer in GET-Ahead (Gender and Entrepreneurship Together) and at the same time Value Chain Development Specialist with extensive experience in Market Systems Development and Analysis. Kadijah has a wealth of experience working with women entrepreneurs at the Sierra Leone Local Content Agency and SMEDA respectively, in facilitating and coordinating their business formalization drive, training women engaged in cross border trade, organising capacity building programs for MSMEs across all regions in the country. She was a pioneer for the Made In Sierra Leone Trade Fair jointly organised by Sierra Leone Local Content Agency and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency that brought together entrepreneurs in various sectors of the economy to show case their products. She was the SMEDA focal point for the World Bank-Sierra Leone Economic Diversification Project Entrepreneurs Demo show where beneficiary entrepreneurs showed case their products and talents in digital economy, creative industry, tourism, agriculture and circular economy. Kadijah is a member of the Climate Change institutional focal points that has engaged comprehensively in capacity building initiatives that promotes climate adaptation technologies and resilience for MSMEs and she is focusing on Climate Change and Gender where she has gained knowledge that is germane for assisting women MSMEs engaged in Climate Smart Agricultural Practices. Kadijah is a member of The CBW- AFRICA SIERRA LEONE SUMMIT COMMITTEE as the Director of Events & Sponsorship.

Working as the Director of Technical and Communications for CBW-AFRICA-SL presently A Marketing, Sales and Distribution Specialist A seasoned Banker, with years of banking experience. Worked for Rokel Commercial Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank respectively Worked with Airtel SL Ltd, and Orange SL Telecommunications respectively Worked as Sales and Marketing Manager for a reputable start up Solar Home systems Company.
